CONCEPT
We meet and you tell us what you envision so we understand exactly what you want. If you have questions and/or are not sure of details, we will brainstorm with you and offer suggestions based on our knowledge of available products and what needs to happen to make your dream a reality.

DESIGN and DÉCOR
Together we will go over details of the design, décor and budget at this time. Kyle, with a vast array of experience, training and experience as an engineer and wide knowledge of current products and building components, is an excellent partner and resource as you settle on the details of your project. Sue is a wonderful decorator and is available to help with any decorating needs that might arise during the building process.

PLANS, PROPOSAL and CONTRACT
We will present a proposal based on preliminary plans.

BUILD
Plan, schedule, and manage all aspects of project including materials, process and personnel.

FINALIZE AND FOLLOWUP
Walk through to evaluate finished product and make sure all details are finalized.
